The Vintage Computer Festival (VCF) stands are intended for collectors, makers, restorers, and commercial exhibitors connected to retro computing and historical technology culture. We seek for each space to provide cultural, historical, or creative value to the event and to encourage exchange within the retro community.
The organization reserves the right of admission, evaluating proposals in advance to ensure they align with the spirit and objectives of the VCF.
When completing the registration form, each exhibitor must detail the equipment or materials they plan to display for evaluation by the organization.
Although the event will have private security, each exhibitor will be responsible for their own equipment before, during, and after the festival. The organization will not be responsible for loss or damage.
The VCF will provide a safe electrical connection and some basic adapters.
Each exhibitor must bring their own transformers, cables, peripherals, and accessories necessary for the operation of their machines. If anything special is required, it must be consulted in advance.
Each exhibitor may bring as many machines as can fit neatly on their table.
A maximum of three machines operating simultaneously per stand is allowed.
If the machines have low power consumption or run on batteries, the possibility of turning on more may be evaluated.
Each stand will consist of one or more tables with an approximate total space of 1.80 m x 0.90 m.
If an exhibitor does not have enough material to occupy a full stand, they may share it with another collector, with a maximum of two people per stand.
One of them will be the main responsible person and must indicate this on the registration form.
Exhibitors may bring in or remove additional equipment (stored in vehicles or other locations) before the daily opening of the event, at times that will be communicated in due course.
